Service description

Mixy provides Bitcoin mixing services as described at order creation. Service parameters are binding as stated in your guarantee letter.

User responsibilities

Comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
Save your guarantee letter before depositing
Send correct amounts within stated limits (0.003–50 BTC)
Provide valid output addresses

Limitation of liability

Mixy is not liable for user error (wrong addresses, below-minimum deposits), blockchain network delays, or regulatory actions in user jurisdictions. Maximum remedy for service failure is refund or completion per guarantee letter terms.
